Weight Loss Challenge-Day 2

I worked out for the first time in months yesterday. Okay, I did the elliptical for 35 minutes....I wouldn't exactly call that a work out, but my legs do feel a bit sore today. When my alarm went off this morning I could NOT open my eyes! I was exhausted! I forgot how it feels to use to work your body. It is so important to get enough sleep. I went to bed at 12am and "tried" to wake up at 6. Any other normal day that would have been fine. I am def going to need my 8 hours.
I am doing well with keeping track of my calories. That seems like the easy part for now, as long as I continue to prepare my meals the night before. I'll let you know how my workout today goes. Wednesdays are busy for me so hopefully it doesn't effect my body.
